The Problem We Solve

Adaptations executed directly on the factory floor without prior documentation (As-Built). This results in non-compliant panels, system integration failures, and unpredictable hidden costs. Without a formal project, maintenance and technical validation become unsustainable.

Methodology

Integrated Multidisciplinary Engineering

We act in two phases. The Conceptual Safety Project (PCS) defines the safety matrix and the macro architecture. The Executive Safety Project (PES) details the electrical discipline (via EPLAN Electric P8), mechanical enclosures in 3D, and pneumatic/hydraulic logic.
